1, adjust the brush

If it is uneven, adjust the four spring fixing screws around the brush board until it is determined that the glass at the top of the brush and the flat glass are evenly level. After the brush is adjusted, drain the water, plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and press the red POWER button.

2, back exposure

Set the exposure time, open the exposure drawer, put the cut flexible version, put the back side up on the exposure pumping, in the center of the suction plate in the drawer, gently push the exposure drawer, set the exposure time, press the exposure switch Key, the exposure begins. When the exposure time is up, the digital tube number stops beating, returning from 000.0 to the exposure time you set, and there is a “嘀” prompt to end the exposure.

3, exposure

Open the exposure drawer, roll up the vacuum film, and expose the flexible version of the back, and tear the upper layer protection one at a time. The layer is placed face up in the center of the suction plate in the exposure drawer. Put the film of the film face down on the plate, the area of the plate must be slightly larger than the area of the film, cover the plate and the place where the film is touched with a gas guide of 1~2cm wide. The gas guide can be washed without water. The material can't let the gas guide cover the content of the film! Open the vacuum switch key and spread the rolled vacuum film evenly on the film. From the center to the periphery, wipe the small air between the film and the plate. Bubble, note: Be sure to smash multiple times! Any bubbles between the film and the plate will cause the exposure to fail.
